Link Café at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel is one of the very few 24*7 interactive deli. Located in the lobby area, Link is themed as a social destination with docking stations for laptops and delectable fare on offer making it a perfect place for unwinding with friends over great food and assorted beverages.
Link Café has recently launched its new menu that includes some lavish gourmet delicatessen fare along with freshly brewed specialty coffees. From salads, to appetizers, sandwiches to burgers and rolls, the refreshed menu is quite contemporary in its offering that includes French, Indian and Italian fare.
Started off with the typical Mumbai Masala Toastie that was perfectly done with a stuffing of beetroot, bell peppers, potato, mint chutney and onions. The Link signature sandwich with masala ciabatta, masala omlette and chicken finished off on raisin chutney was my favorite of the lot. There was also Mariott Burger that was made of 100% ground buffalo tenderloin.
Old Delhi Kathi Kebab Roll made of laccha roomali paratha comes with a stuffing of your choice – Panner Tikka or Chicken Tikka. From the Indian section, I absolutely loved the Kothu Paratha while Baked Masala Maggi was good in its own different league.
For the calorie conscious person, the staple Salads section will surely appeal to you. One could choose from Greek Feta, Mesclun Green Salad, Caesar and Nicoise Salad that for sure will make it a satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.
The appetizers included Achari Paneer, Andhra Chilli Chicken, Prawn Kolliwada and veg/non-veg platters. I absolutely loved the Chilli Chicken and Prawn Kolliwada, each of them were good in their own different league.
One of the other attractions at Link is a new addition exclusively for caffeine aficionados. For someone who enjoys their caffeine with a kick, the specialty alcoholic coffees boasts of 7 amazing coffee concoctions. Top of The World – with vodka, espresso and hazelnut was my favorite of the lot followed by Pick me Up – a concoction of Brandy, Coffee, cream and nutmeg.
Cobnut and Chai latte from non-alcoholic coffee were my other favorites.
One of the many highlights at Link Café is an entire section dedicated to freshly baked breads, From English to Polish, French to German, Italian, Irish and Indian breads the offerings are pretty extensive.
The cake shop offering artisan cakes and patisseries is another highlight from Link .
All in all, Link Café with its delectable fare paired with perfect music and ambience is your new neighborhood café that you’ll instantly fall in love with.
